Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without these protections.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

4.2. Refund Amount

The refund will equal the purchase price of the returned item, less any original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or our error, in which case shipping costs will also be reimbursed.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., missing accessories), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund reflecting the reduced value.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a prepaid return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
